PRICE LIST AS AT 23rd February 2009

Translation Rates

Rates are given per a standard translation page – i.e. 1,800 characters
(with spaces) for regular translations and 1,125 characters (with spaces)
for sworn translations.

1st language group:

• from a foreign language into Polish: PLN 40
• from Polish into a foreign language: PLN 43

2nd language group*:

• from a foreign language into Polish: PLN 50
• from Polish into a foreign language: PLN 53

3rd language group:

• prices set individually

* The price may be subject to change depending on the availability of the translators for a given language.

Interpreting Rates

Rates for interpreting are, to a large extent, dependent on the terms
of the client order and are set for each order individually. The rates given are estimated rates. The minimum duration (session) is 3 hours.

The rate for 1 hour of interpreting is as follows:

• consecutive interpreting: PLN 100-180
• simultaneous interpreting: PLN 180-270 (rate per interpreter)
• technical and business translations: PLN 80-150

Escort interpreting:

• prices set individually

LANGUAGE GROUPS:

1st language group:

• German, English

2nd language group:

• other European languages

3rd language group:

• non-European languages

COMPLETION TIMES
The completion modes are dependent on order volume and are established
on an individual basis.

• Standard: up to 6 pages a day = 100% of the value of the order according to the current price list
• Urgent: 6-12 pages a day = 125% of the value of the order according to the current price list
• Express: over 12 pages a day = 150% of the value of the order according to the current price list

Orders placed after 3:30 pm shall be processed on the following business day

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Additional charges are of an individual nature and are established separately for each order.

• Illegible manuscript
• Proofreading done by a native speaker
• Maintenance of the original layout

GENERAL INFORMATION

• The price list is not of a binding nature and cannot constitute a basis
  for claims against the PUNKT Translation and Consulting Agency.
• VAT in the rate in force, i.e. 22% for translations, should be added
  to the given rates.
